"What if I can't think of anything to say?"
In our experience, this never happens! Our interview technique is so gentle and encouraging, that your family member will feel just like they're talking to a friend.

"My story isn't very interesting - who'll want to hear it?"
We find that everyone's story is interesting - our senior family members have a lifetime of experiences, sometimes never before recounted, experiences that are immensely relevant and fascinating for their listeners.

"What if I'm nervous in front of the camera?"
Our trained interviewers are used to helping people feel comfortable with the process, so that they don't feel nervous in front of the camera.

"Do I need to practice?"
Definitely not! The story-telling is totally spontaneous and no preparation is needed. Our gentle questioning will guide your family member and ensure that they'll never be lost for words!

"How do I choose the photos and memorabilia that goes into the video?"
We'll help your family member to choose appropriate photographs and artifacts. Together, we'll make a selection that tells your family story in a meaningful way.
